Pricing
All permits/packages include application assistance and a free surprise gift!
$50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of registration to secure your seat. Remaining balance due on the day of class.
$50 Range fee due prior to shooting on day 2. The range fee includes a pistol lane rental, firearm, ammunition, target, and protective gear (eye and ear protection, which students may take home). Note: $40 range fee for students who bring their own firearm and 50 rounds of ammunition.

Q: I've never shot a gun before. Can I take the class?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in teaching first-time shooters and making sure you feel comfortable.
Q: Do I need an HQL or any other license before taking this class?
A: Nope! You don’t need any license or prior experience to take this class. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know — from firearm safety to qualifying for your permit(s). Whether you’re brand new or just need a refresher, this class is for you.
Q: Do I need to own a firearm to take this class?
A: Nope! Firearms are provided for training if you don’t have your own.
Q: What permit/package is best for me?
A: It depends on where you live, your lifestyle and how often you travel!
If you live in Maryland and want to carry in-state, the MD Wear & Carry Permit is your best bet — and it also includes the Maryland HQL (needed for MD residents to purchase a handgun and keep it for home protection).
If you want to carry in D.C., Virginia, and over 35 other states, we recommend the Multi-State Package, which includes permits for MD, DC, VA, UT, FL, and AZ.

Q: What’s next after I take the class?
A: After class, you’ll have everything you need to apply for your concealed carry permit and/or HQL. We’ll provide:
Your certificate of completion
Guidance on fingerprinting and submitting your application

We also offer 1-on-1 shooting lessons, permit assistance, and a community to support you every step of the way.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: The price you pay for the class includes everything to complete the training required to obtain your permits:

The only additional cost comes after the class, when you apply for your actual permit(s). Each state charges its own application and fingerprinting fees — we’ll explain those costs in class and help you through the process.
Q: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the class may incur a fee. No-shows will not receive a refund. We strive to be flexible, so if you need to reschedule, we’ll work with you to find another class date that fits your schedule; however, additional fees may apply.
Q: How long is the class?
A: It’s a comprehensive 2-day class that ensures you meet all legal and safety requirements while getting hands-on experience.
Q: What should I bring?
A: A valid photo ID and a willingness to learn. We handle the rest!
Q: Will I receive a certification at the end?
A: Yes! This class meets the training requirements for concealed carry permits in MD, DC, VA, and over 35 additional states. You will receive the appropiate training documentation for the permit/package purchased.
Q: Am I guranteed to get my license/permit after taking the class?
A: While our class fulfills the training requirements and provides the required documentation needed to apply for a license or permit, we cannot guarantee approval. Licensing and permit approvals are determined by the state or jurisdiction where you apply and depend on meeting all their eligibility requirements. Our training ensures you are well-prepared, but the final decision rests with the issuing authority processing your application.
Q: Can I get a refund if I'm not approved?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if your application for a license or permit is not approved. Our training provides the necessary instruction and documentation required to apply, but the approval process is determined by the state or jurisdiction. We encourage you to review all eligibility requirements before applying. If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
