Course Cost
This course with Legally Protected costs $125 per person registering, and there is an additional $50 range fee due prior to shooting on day two of instruction. The range fee includes a pistol lane rental, firearm, and ammunition, as well as a target, eye protection, and ear protection to take home.

This comprehensive course is for anyone considering owning a firearm for home defense, and after this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion. Permits Included
When you complete this course with Legally Protected, you’ll gain access to the MD Handgun Qualification License (HQL), which is required for Maryland residents to legally purchase a firearm for home defense. This course does not include a concealed carry license for any students.
